Mission Statement :
Andover High School is an exciting and dynamic place for students and staff, as well as it should be. After all, education is an exciting and dynamic process. It took over two years to bring the school from blueprint to completed structure. While that may seem like a long time, those years pale in comparison to the generations our school will serve as a cornerstone in our community. The pride we have in Andover High School is balanced with the gratitude we have for all citizens in District #11. For without their support, we would not have been able to build our school and provide the opportunities for our students. Andover's vision statement. Student Focused, Community Supported, Professionally Recognized . . . A School to Watch, recognizes three critical components of our school. The students, parents/community, and staff. Student focused means that academic success of students is the driving force behind decisions that are made. Community supported encompasses parental and community involvement at school. This support ranges from attendance at school/district events to being involved in the decision making processes at school. Professionally recognized defines the level of commitment that staff have for students and the profession. A professionally recognized staff continually learns more about teaching and learning and is involved with other educators across the state and the country to make the classroom an even better place for students to learn. A school to watch . . . is our calling card, please feel free to visit our school and see what we have to offer.

As Andover High School and our community emerge in the north metro area it is our goal to establish the traditions and standards all of us will be proud of for generations to come. In the first few years of operation our students and staff have generated great school spirit and pride in our achievements both in and out of the classroom.
