Values and Beliefs Statement:
Students and Learning :
Learning is a lifelong process, which is adaptable to change, and not confined to any one institution.
Students learn in a variety of ways. Differences in learning styles and rates should be respected, and different modes of learning should be available.
In order to prepare students for a global environment, the learning process must emphasize the access, manipulation and use of information. Technological competence must be integrated with critical thinking and reasoning skills.
Students need a strong sense of values, skills, and knowledge to make choices, which enable them to function as responsible, productive members of society.
