Mission Statement:
The mission of Castle High School is to provide a quality educational experience in a positive and safe learning environment.We will strive to provide students with a desire for life long learning.Our mission will be to prepare them for future in a culturally diverse and highly technological society.We will attempt to promote self-esteem and develop all students to their full intellectual and physical potential. In support of this purpose, the faculty and staff are committed to and accountable for:
- Creating a safe environment for all students characterized by high expectations, personal responsibility for learning, respect for academic excellence, mutual respect, caring and personal support.
- Providing quality instruction in all classes.
- Assisting prospective graduates to achieve entry to college, advanced training or the work force.
- Maintaining open communication among students, faculty, staff, parents and the community creating an environment characterized by collegiality, collaboration and inquiry.
- Encouraging positive social development as well as commitment to caring for the needs of others.
- Goals and Desired Learning Outcomes As educated and productive citizens, students will accept responsibility for their own decisions and actions.

- Students will exit Castle High School with basic technological skills that will enable them to further pursue educational or vocational endeavors.
- As a result of a broad-based curriculum, students will exit Castle High School with the academic skills necessary to facilitate life-long learning.
- Students will learn to use various problem-solving methods as individuals well as in the group setting in order to adapt to a rapidly changing technological society and be able to make competent, responsible decisions.
- Students will understand the necessity of consistent hard work for their future success and happiness and will take pleasure in developing a good work ethic.
- Students will demonstrate a knowledge of differences in culture, religion, race and gender that will enable them to function well in an ever-changing environment.
- Students will develop both written and oral communication skills that will allow them to be successful.
