Cloverdale High School is a comprehensive high school of 420 students in grades 9-12. Our mission is to offer a program of excellence in education, which promotes personal and intellectual development for a lifetime of learning and success.

We offer advanced standing, honors and AP classes in english, science, math and social science. We balance our rigorous academic program with a selection of vocational programs, including: auto shop, advanced computer, computer animation, culinary arts, woodworking, athletic training, horticulture/viticulture and agricultural mechanics.

CHS also offers a diverse fine arts program. Our music program offers students the opportunity to perform with both a traditional orchestra and a jazz band. Our dramatic arts program offers students the opportunity to take part and perform in productions locally.

Beginning Summer 2006, Cloverdale High School will be offering college credit courses through its Santa Rosa Junior College Partnership program. This program enables students to take college courses concurrently with their high school courses, with courses being offered both on-site and online. The future: Cloverdale Middle College High School, with the goal of offering students the opportunity to graduate with both their high school diploma and an AA degree.

Our award-winning athletics program offers students the opportunity to be involved in football, basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, cheerleading, tennis, and track and field. Our community-supported athletics programs focuses on scholar athletics, requiring students to succeed in class to participate.

Scholarship opportunities are available to our students, with 80% of our students electing to continue their education after high school. We offer students college prep and readiness programs to help them prepare for life beyond high school.

Our school promotes a close-knit relationship between staff, parents, students and our community. We also promote a hate-free campus and community through our diversity program, and encourage students to become involved in the community through our service learning program.
