The Escalon Unified School District is committed to providing a quality education in order to develop individuals capable of making worthwhile contributions to our democratic society. As a school community, we will plan and implement programs that address the educational, social, physical, and emotional needs of all students.

To continue to develop and expand the Advanced Placement program in order to provide students with greater opportunities and increased options for growth.

To expand student access to technology and to provide ongoing staff development activities to enable all staff to incorporate technology into classroom instruction.

To continue to develop instructional and support strategies with the goal of assisting students in preparing for standardized testing including, but not limited to the California HSEE, SAT9 tests, Golden State Exams, Advanced Placement tests, SAT and ACT tests, and college placement test

To continue to develop curriculum to align with state content standards.

To promote Expected School-wide Learning Results and to incorporate them into instruction.

To continue to participate in articulation meetings with El Portal Middle School in order to ensure seamless transition into high school, to identify potential AP students, and to better meet the needs of each incoming freshman class.

To continue to provide a safe campus for students and staff by improving overall campus security, enforcing school rules, promoting school pride, continuing the peer conflict management program, building self-esteem, promoting tolerance, and working with the at-risk population.
