Beliefs

All students can learn and achieve success

Education is a partnership among students, parents, teachers, and the community and as such students must be supported by all of these groups in their educational endeavors.

All students will be provided with a stimulating, safe, comfortable environment conducive to learning.

Students will develop a sense of good moral integrity and character.

All students will become technologically literate and will be provided with relevant and appropriate technological training. All teachers will integrate appropriate use of technology in their classrooms.

Students will be encouraged to recognize and respect diversity in individuals, beliefs, skill levels, and society in general.

Students will be provided with a challenging curriculum, which focuses on cooperation and collaboration, and effectively balances academic, vocational, artistic, and technological instruction to insure workforce preparedness and a well-rounded individual.

Teachers will strive to provide students with meaningful, relevant, and creative learning opportunities and will use authentic means of assessment. Teachers will make individual modifications when necessary to insure the opportunity for success for all students.

Teachers will strive to develop thinkers and doers by developing lessons and activities which address individual learning styles and the eight multiple intelligence's, and will integrate other disciplines and content areas into their curriculum when appropriate to help students find connections and meaning in learning. Teachers will encourage students to express themselves creatively.
