Mission
All students have the right to an education based on standards of excellence. Such an education is the shared responsibility of students, faculty, administrators, support staff, parents and the community at large. While acknowledging the individuality of each student, standards at Middletown High School challenge all students to achieve at their highest potential. Therefore, the high school offers a comprehensive program that addresses the educational needs, abilities, and interests of a diverse students population.
Goals
It is the goals of the program to provide students with the knowledge and skills they will need to participate as competent and productive members of both our American democratic society an of the increasingly interdependent global community. The educational program expands students' intellectual and creative capabilities, develops their cultural and aesthetic awareness, cultivates a sense of personal responsibility, and fosters their emotional and physical well being.
