Mission
The young adults at Milford High School have the right to an education in a safe environment conducive to learning. Besides finding academic excellence, students should expect respect, fairness, and cooperation from faculty, staff, and administration. As students learn to study and to cooperate with their peers and adults, they should gain knowledge and skills that will help them to be productive citizens and lifelong learners.
The faculty, staff, administration, and members of the board of education will strive to provide a comprehensive education that meets the needs of all students and encourages them to achieve to the maximum of their abilities. We will work collaboratively with students, parents, and community members to create a student-centered learning environment. Our vision is to provide our students with the necessary skills to work cooperatively, communicate effectively, think critically, and to treat themselves and others respectfully. We want to help prepare our students to meet the academic and social challenges of the new millennium.
