About Us:

Moffat County High School is a 9-12th grade educational setting including an online alternative program. Our students are encouraged to participate in the variety of academic, athletic and other extra-curricular activities offered.  Students are able to take Advanced Placement, dual enrollment and other college preparatory courses to ensure college readiness. MCHS, also, offers Vocational Agricultural courses such as horticulture, welding, and agricultural mechanics. We partner with Colorado Northwestern Community College to offer dual enrollment and certification in Auto Mechanics, Cosmetology and other trade specific programs. Students have the availability to graduate with an Associate’s Degree as a senior.

MCHS Athletics/ Activities encourages good sportsmanship, character, and community outreach. We offer a wide variety of CHSAA sanctioned sports and activities including boys’ and girls’ fall, winter, and spring sports. MCHS has an array of academic clubs and after-school activities that have successfully attended numerous State and National competitions in Speech and Debate, DECA, FBLA, FFA/VoAg and Rodeo.
