Mission Statement:
Through the collaborative efforts Patterson High School 's mission is to facilitate the personal/social, academic, and career education for every student.
BELIEFS:
We, the faculty of Patterson High School, in accordance with the ideals set forth in our mission statement, believe that education is both a right and a privilege bestowed upon every citizen of our nation. It is with this concept in mind that we have established the following beliefs that provide, encourage, and promote:
1.A comprehensive and varied program of highly qualified vocational and general education with an emphasis on technology and occupational awareness
2.Comprehensive and varied college preparatory courses which enhances intellectual development leading to improvement of standardized test scores
3.Assistance to students in developing personal qualities, such as work ethics, responsibility, accountability, and self-discipline as they apply to school and adult life
4.The participation in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities such as the arts, clubs, and competitive athletics
5.An atmosphere in which the administration and faculty collaboratively enhance teaching and learning situations, academic achievement, and the social, mental, and emotional development of all students.
