MISSION
Regis High School, a Catholic educational community, strives to be accessible to all students and meet their varied academic needs. Regis affirms the uniqueness and dignity of individuals, inspires the pursuit of excellence, fosters faith and develops a commitment to service and justice through a balanced academic and co-curricular program.
HISTORY
As the only rural Catholic secondary school in Oregon, Regis High School has been offering a quality Catholic education in the North Santiam and Mid-Willamette valleys for over 40 years.
In 1957 a group of laymen known as the Catholic Educational Corporation purchased two parcels of property in Stayton. This was the initial step toward the establishment of Regis High School. Regis opened its doors in the fall of 1963, with attendance by students of all four grades, freshmen through seniors.
In large measure, the sustained success of Regis is due to the tremendous community support. The strong commitment of subsequent generations has ensured the continuing vitality of Regis.
