Welcome to the Rensselaer Central High School home of the Bombers. The faculty, staff and administration are looking forward to an exciting and challenging year with a focus on improved student achievement in academics and extra-curricular activities. Our motto at RCHS is WE EXPECT SUCCESS. Ultimately, our primary goal is to have each and every student receive a diploma in four years. In order to accomplish that goal, it is crucial that all students, parents, teachers and administrators work together as a team with a unified focus. If we all share high expectations and a solid work ethic, every student can succeed and graduate in four years.
RCHS offers a variety of classes to help all students excel and achieve their definition of success. Students can leave our school with college credit or technical training in areas such as nursing. Our credit recovery program has helped many students achieve a diploma, while our core curriculum is designed to meet the needs of ALL students. College bound or prepared for the work force, RCHS can make it possible.
