Southside High School is a small school located in rural Beaufort County, North Carolina serving the communities of Chocowinity and Aurora. Southside High School is the new school that was created when Chocowinity High School and Aurora High School merged into one school. Approximately 502 students attend Southside in grades 9-12. The feeder schools for Southside are Chocowinity Middle School and Aurora Middle School.
